1. Bookings & Payments
All appointments must be booked in advance. A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Bookings are only confirmed once this payment has been received, with the remaining balance payable as advised.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Attendance
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. The £20 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. Failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. In some cases, sessions may need to be adjusted or rescheduled depending on your baby’s comfort and wellbeing. We will always try our utmost best to accommodate and ensure a calm, positive experience.

3. Health & Wellbeing
The safety and comfort of your baby is our top priority. Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to attending. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if we feel it is not in the best interest of the baby.

4. Parental Supervision
A parent or legal guardian must remain present at all times during the session. While we provide guidance and support throughout, full responsibility for the child remains with the parent/guardian.

5. Age Suitability
Our services are designed for babies within a specific age range, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please ensure your baby meets the recommended requirements before attending.

6. Hygiene & Cleanliness
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene throughout our spa. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each session, and fresh water is used every time. Only carefully selected, baby-safe products are used during treatments.

7. Oils & Allergies
We use gentle, baby-safe oils suitable for both babies and mothers. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to treatment. A patch test is recommended where appropriate.

8. Photography & Social Media
We may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional use, but only with your consent. Parents are welcome to take their own photos, while respecting the privacy of other clients.

9. Liability
All treatments are carried out with the utmost care in a safe and nurturing environment; however, participation is at your own risk. We are not medically trained professionals and do not provide medical advice. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their baby is suitable for our services. We recommend seeking advice from a GP or qualified healthcare professional if you have any concerns prior to your visit. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions, undisclosed health issues, or reactions that may occur during or after the session.

10. Personal Belongings
We kindly ask that you keep personal belongings with you at all times, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if we believe it is necessary for safety, wellbeing, or comfort.

12. Refund Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be given for missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend. In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
