Our team will guide you through the experience from start to finish. Baby usually enjoy 20 minutes. Gradually increasing the time with regular Attendance.

We recommend letting your baby rest before the appointment so they can fully enjoy the water session. Please avoid applying creams, oils, or moisturisers before visiting, as they can affect the purified spa water.

We provide towels, reusable swim nappies, float rings, and massage oils where included. We suggest bringing your baby’s usual essentials such as nappies, wipes, milk, formula, and a cosy blanket for after the session.

It’s best to feed your baby around 30 minutes before the session so they feel relaxed and comfortable in the water. You’re also welcome to feed your little one at the spa if needed afterwards.

6 weeks after the all clear from the postnatal checkup and massage is usually recommended from that time also with full benefits however touch and bonding is advised from birth.

Every baby responds differently, and your little one’s comfort always comes first. If your baby feels unsettled or tired, we may shorten the session and help make the experience as calm as possible.

Our spa sessions are suitable for babies up to around 18 months old, with seated floats available for older babies.

For the safety of all families, we ask that babies and parents attend only when feeling well. Please avoid attending if your baby has recently been unwell or vaccinated within the last 48 hours.

At our spa, hygiene is a top priority to ensure a safe and calming experience for both babies and parents. All equipment, including tubs, floats, and surfaces, is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each session using baby-safe, non-toxic products. Fresh water is used for every treatment, and all towels and materials are freshly laundered. We follow strict hand hygiene practices and maintain a clean, organised environment at all times, so you can relax knowing your baby’s wellbeing and safety always come first.

Infant massage is generally recommended from 8 weeks onwards, when babies are more comfortable and responsive after their hydrotherapy session.

Yes — all of our floats are carefully selected and used under close supervision at all times.
Each baby is individually assessed before entering the water, and we ensure:

* Seat and chest floats are also used according to babies weight and size
* Chin is positioned safely above the float
* Airways remain clear at all times
* Baby is comfortable and relaxed throughout
A trained member of staff is always present during the session.

We follow strict hygiene procedures between every appointment:
* Tubs are fully cleaned and disinfected after each use
* Floats are thoroughly sanitised and dried
* Fresh, clean water is used for every baby
We allow time between sessions to ensure everything is reset to a high standard.

Absolutely. We use fresh water for every session and maintain a carefully controlled temperature of 35–37°C, which is close to your baby’s natural body temperature to keep them warm, relaxed, and comfortable.
We only use gentle, baby-safe products where needed, suitable for sensitive skin.

We use two gentle, baby-safe oils, fractionated coconut oil and organic sunflower oil.
Both oils are carefully chosen for their mild, nourishing properties and are suitable for delicate baby skin.

Of course! During your consultation, you can choose the oil you feel most comfortable with for your baby.

Yes, we use high-quality, natural carrier oils with no harsh additives or fragrances.
Both oils are also suitable for use on adults, making them perfect for mum-and-baby treatments.

Yes a parent or guardian must be present throughout the entire session and is solely responsible for the child the therapist is their to support and guide for a safe and comfortable experience baby massages are therapist guided and can only be performed with the consent and presence of the parent or guardian.
